Claire offers a client-focused coaching process that is based in neuroscience, an unique approach that is unparalleled and not available anywhere else. She has found that coaching is an optimal way to facilitate self-directed neuroplasticity.
Being client-focused, coaching takes on a deeper meaning when there is the potential to connect your neurons in new ways, leading to novel thoughts, beliefs, or feelings. All of your existing perspectives, mindsets, beliefs, habits, and values are neural pathways embedded in your brain. When encouraged to identify and evaluate them out loud with a coach, you are then empowered to intentionally choose and embed new neural pathways (i.e. neuroplasticity).
Coaching in this way can provide the neural foundations to fuel the courage to step out beyond the comfortable and familiar, help you learn from your experiences, and literally and metaphorically increase and help fulfill your potential.

Balanced wellness practices are foundational to living your best life. The NeuroLeadership Institute asserts that, in order to achieve optimal brain function, it is necessary to equally value and set aside time for each facet of a Healthy Mind Platter.
While a few of these areas may be immediately recognizable as important for everyone to prioritize, not many of us give each equal value. Yet these areas represent everyday activities that are essential to holistic, optimal brain health. Using the Healthy Mind Platter, we will look at all aspects of your life to create well-designed action plans that get you moving forward.

A 6-Session Package is also a recommended way to take advantage of what Wellness Coaching has to offer. Spaced out over the course of 3 months, it offers a powerful introduction to the power of coaching.
This Strategy Session can function as a stand alone session to catalyze the path forward toward your goals. When used most effectively, it can inform how you progress into a 6- or 10-Session program.
